RETURN POLICY

At Cashmerein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day window for returns. If for any reason you need to return an item, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. For us to process your return, please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. We want your shopping experience with us to be worry-free, and our return policy is one of the ways we ensure your satisfaction.

RETURN PROCESS

Please note that we do not accept items sent back to us without a prior return authorization. REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, we'll refund the purchase amount to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days, though your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post it. If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@cashmerein.com.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), in which case we cover the full cost.
