Returns Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with our items, but if not, simply contact service@cashmerein.com. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in good condition.
1. Send an email to service@cashmerein.com and indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Follow up the instructions we send in the email.
3. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery Provide photos and order details We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at service@cashmerein.com Once an order has been shipped: It cannot be canceled You may return the item after delivery following our return policy
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs Original shipping fees are non-refundable If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return cost or provide a full refund .

Free shipping on orders over $99 USD; otherwise a flat $9.99 USD shipping fee applies. To keep your cashmere garment looking and feeling its best:
Washing
Dry cleaning is recommended for best results.

Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.
Drying
Gently remove excess water.
Lay flat on a clean towel to air dry.
Do not tumble dry, as heat may affect the fiber and garment shape.
Storage & Maintenance
Fold and store cashmere garments in a dry place.
Avoid hanging for long periods to help maintain the original shape.
Use a cashmere comb to gently remove surface pilling when needed.
Refreshing
Steam gently to remove wrinkles and refresh the fabric.
Avoid direct ironing. Use gentle steaming instead.
